Adorned with an elegant belt in “Vieux Bois C02” finish, the Billot Bacchus is available in 13 exclusive shades from the De Kercoet palette and offers a choice of 3 hardware finishes (Brushed Brass BB, Polished Stainless Steel ST, or Black BK). Care Instructions
Every De Kercoet piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, combining high-quality wood with artisanal finishes for a truly unique character.
To ensure the longevity of your Bacchus butcherblock :

1. Daily cleaning: Use a clean, damp sponge, followed by a soft, dry cloth.
2. Regular maintenance: Apply a food-safe mineral or vegetable oil (see De Kercoet maintenance products) to nourish the end-grain wood. Let it sit for 8 hours and then wipe off any excess oil.

Precautions:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, direct heat sources, and sudden temperature changes.
• Maintain moderate humidity levels to prevent cracks or warping.
• Do not machine wash.
• Avoid direct contact with hot utensils.
