Cancale island block. The timeless charm of the Cancale collection, with its sober, efficient lines. Its little extra: a removable wooden end board with grooves. Identical kitchen island front and back. Four drawers on runners with integrated “soft close” shock absorbers for maximum everyday comfort. Optional castors.

Worktop: removable end grain wood block and white marble or black granite. The Cancale collection is offered in an “OLD WOOD” finish, and is also available in the brand’s 11 shades with the Old Wood belt. Choose between chrome-plated stainless steel or brushed brass hardware. Registered designs. Delivered assembled. Registered design.

CARE

DE KERCOET furniture is crafted with the utmost care. The quality of the wood and its hand-finishing give it its unique character. I look after my END GRAIN WOOD, and guarantee that my De Kercoet block will last for many years: Every day, wipe with a clean, damp sponge, then a soft, dry cloth.

We recommend regular oiling (mineral or vegetable oil compatible with food contact – see De Kercoet care product) to nourish the fiber. Leave on for around eight hours, then absorb excess oil;

Caution: direct exposure to sunlight and heat, sudden changes in temperature and low humidity can cause alterations, warping and cracking. Do not machine wash. No direct contact with hot utensils.
