HOËDIC takes its name from a Breton island and its inspiration from the workshops that once supplied provincial estates—pieces built to serve for generations, where function and dignity are one and the same. The library is the sentinel of the collection: an imposing silhouette that anchors a dining room, library, or grand salon with the assurance of solid craftsmanship and noble materials.

Four glass doors reveal interior shelves arranged for display—porcelain, glassware, collected volumes—while two solid-paneled cupboards below conceal what requires discretion. Between them, three soft-close drawers offer organized storage for linens, silverware, or correspondence. The interior is finished in C15 blonde oak, creating a warm tonal contrast that frames every object placed within.

Offered in two heights—265 cm and 235 cm—the library adapts to period rooms with high ceilings or more intimate contemporary spaces. Optional LED lighting on the shelves transforms it into a display case after sunset, turning everyday objects into a curated exhibition. The structure is crafted in solid oak and veneer for those who prefer a unified wood expression.

The library is available in various De Kercoet lacquer paint tones, ranging from Prussian Blue to Snow, as well as C15 blonde oak, or customized to your color upon request. Brushed brass or polished stainless steel hardware completes a piece that is, at heart, a portrait of the home it inhabits.
