Description

The SAUZON MM Butcher Block is the most versatile freestanding piece in the collection — compact enough for a galley kitchen, generous enough to anchor a dining room wall. The charm of vintage refrigerated furniture, with its iconic hardware, is condensed into this 105 × 60 cm butcher block where every cm is optimized to achieve the perfect synthesis of aesthetics and practicality.

A central cupboard with fixed shelves houses large utensils, while three soft-close drawers with characteristic shell pulls organize knives, utensils, or linens with silent precision. Storage is simple and intuitive: everything has its place, and every place is within reach of the work surface.

The fixed top is available in solid hornbeam end-grain for a traditional work surface or in UNIQUE CALACATTA quartz by Compaq Surface for its bright, fresh contrast. The unit is finished in Blonde Oak C15, one of the De Kercoet lacquer colors, or customized to your color upon request, with the apron in Blonde Oak C15. The brushed brass or polished stainless steel hardware adds the refinement of mixed metals characteristic of SAUZON.

Measuring 105 × 60 × 90 cm, the MM Butcher Block stands at standard counter height and integrates effortlessly alongside existing furniture or as a standalone piece in a dining room. An optional towel bar and custom dimensions are available.

Care and maintenance instructions

Wood Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive products.
Stone Wipe with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic or abrasive substances.
Metal Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive polish for brass and stainless steel hardware.
General Do not place hot pots directly onto wood or stone surfaces.
