The ST OUEN GM Butcher Block is the wall-mounted equivalent of the double-sided islands in the collection. While the islands can be used from both sides, the Butcher Block presents its curved silhouette and mixed-material countertop from a single side: it rests against a wall or near a stove, offering the same retro character and serious storage in a format designed for linear kitchens.

The mixed countertop combines solid hornbeam end grain with UNIQUE CALACATTA quartz by Compaq Surface—a dual surface that separates cutting and preparation from resting and presentation through the logic of the materials. Two soft-close drawers and two cupboards with central shelves offer generous, organized storage. The proportions are bold: 138 × 60 × 91 cm, high enough for comfortable preparation, and deep enough for serious culinary work.

Crafted from solid and veneered oak with cast aluminum, zinc alloy, and chrome-plated brass hardware, the butcher block is available in De Kercoet finishes or customized in your choice of color upon request. Brushed brass or polished stainless steel hardware complements the ST OUEN aesthetic. Optional towel bars, casters, and a knife holder extend the piece’s versatility; it can be sized for your bespoke projects upon request.
