Measuring just 34 × 24 × 18 cm, the Super Mini BÉNODET Butcher Block is the most distilled expression of the De Kercoet philosophy: even the smallest object deserves the same rigor as the largest island. It is a butcher block reduced to its essence — a removable end-grain wooden board set on a solid beech base, finished with the same precision and materials as every piece in the collection.

Available in two noble woods: maple (MBT06-ERA), prized for its luminous, fine-grained surface, and walnut (MBT06-NOY), appreciated for its rich, warm tones and natural depth. Both are crafted in end grain for exceptional durability and a self-healing surface trusted by professional chefs.

The base is available in thirteen De Kercoet lacquer paint colors. The metallic emblem, offered in brushed brass or chrome-plated stainless steel, adds a discreet touch of distinction.
