HOËDIC bookcase - Height 265 cm

The HOËDIC collection takes its name from a Breton island and its inspiration from the workshops that once supplied provincial estates — pieces built to serve for generations, where function and dignity are one and the same. The bookcase is the sentinel of the collection: an imposing silhouette that anchors a dining room, library, or grand living room with the assurance of solid craftsmanship and noble materials.

Four glass doors reveal interior shelves arranged for display — porcelain, glassware, collected volumes — while two solid-panel cupboards below conceal what requires discretion. Between them, three soft-close drawers provide organized storage for linens, silverware, or correspondence. The interior is finished in Vieux Bois C02, creating a warm tonal contrast that frames every object placed within.

Offered in two heights — 265 cm and 235 cm — the bookcase adapts to period rooms with high ceilings or more intimate contemporary spaces. Optional LED shelf lighting transforms it into a display case after sunset, turning everyday objects into a curated exhibit. The structure is crafted from solid and veneered oak and available in a selection of DE KERCOET lacquer colors or customized upon your request.

Brushed brass or polished stainless steel hardware completes a piece that is, at its heart, a portrait of the home it inhabits.
