BACCHUS was born from a ritual: opening a bottle, preparing a dish, welcoming friends. The Double Butcher Block is the most generous expression of this philosophy — a piece that transforms any kitchen into a gathering place, where blades and bottles coexist within reach.

The surface comes in three materials: end-grain hornbeam for those who work with knives, white marble for a cool and elegant surface, or black granite for a darker presence. Below, two drawers offer practical and discreet storage. Two integrated bottle racks, each featuring a 4×4 grid holding 16 bottles, flank the structure, offering immediate access to 32 bottles and your selection of favorite vintages.

The signature detail of BACCHUS is its extra-long handle: solid brass, diamond-cut with a twisted pattern, refined entirely by hand. Available in Brushed Brass, Chrome Stainless Steel, or Black Metal, it is both a functional accessory and a signature detail. The piece is offered in a selection of De Kercoet lacquer colors or can be customized, upon request, with a color of your choice; the frame and racks are made of C02 Old Wood.

Wood surfaces Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive products.
End grain wood top Regularly apply food-safe wax or oil. Do not immerse in water.
Stone surfaces Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic products.
Brass handle Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Brass develops a living patina over time.
General Use trivets for hot pans. Protect from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
