SAUZON L Island Block

Description

Double-sided central island measuring 147x60 cm, inspired by old iceboxes: six drawers, two walk-through cabinets, and a worktop in end-grain wood or UNIQUE CALACATTA quartz.

The GM island is the largest block in the SAUZON collection. Placed in the center of the kitchen, it can be used on both sides: one for food preparation, the other for plating or seating.

Six soft-close drawers and two double-sided cabinets with fixed shelves provide ample storage for all your cookware. The worktop can be chosen in charming end-grain wood for chopping or UNIQUE CALACATTA quartz for baking and serving.

    Care and maintenance instructions

    • Lacquered wood:a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, without abrasive products. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive humidity.
    • Varnished oak:a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; if necessary, use mild diluted soap, then dry immediately. Do not use wax or products containing silicone, alcohol, or solvents. Wipe up any spilled liquid immediately. Oak develops a natural patina when exposed to light.
    • UNIQUE CALACATTA quartz:mild pH-neutral soap. Do not use vinegar, bleach, or acidic products.
    • Ceramic basin:soap and water. Avoid hard impacts.
    • Brass and stainless steel:a soft, dry cloth, without abrasive products.
    • Hot dishes:always use a trivet, never place directly on the wood or quartz.
